AJR Idli & Dosa Batter

AJR Idli & Dosa Batter is a ready-to-use, traditionally fermented batter made from carefully selected rice and urad dal, designed to deliver soft, fluffy idlis and perfectly crisp dosas every time. It is prepared without preservatives, under hygienic conditions, and then chilled to maintain freshness and taste.

Available in 500 g and 1 kg packs, the batter offers convenience for both small and large families. When stored under proper refrigeration, it has a shelf life of up to 15 days from the date of packaging; however, AJR is focused on everyday consumption, ensuring that packs typically reach homes within a day and are consumed fresh within a couple of days.

Each pack uses 100% food‑grade polypropylene material that is safe for food contact and free from harmful chemicals like BPA, helping preserve the product’s quality from factory to kitchen.
